The Internet-Age Garage Sale is an article in this Saturday's The Wall Street Journal about garage sales and ebay. The writer interviewed me last week and included the following in his article:
A 29-page e-book called "Garage Sale Strategies for eBay Sellers," which can be downloaded from auctionriches.com for $27, lists items that eBay professionals should look for at sales, such as Rachael Ray cookbooks ("for $2 or less grab it and run"), Goth clothing ("plus sizes are particularly good sellers") and even vintage enema bags ("they sell for a dollar or two at garage sales and sell for $30 and up on eBay"). Nine months after its release, author Robbin Tungett, of Jacksonville, Fla., says she has sold 2,000 digital copies.
I started getting sales from the article right away and have received several emails from readers of the WSJ. Thanks Amir for including me in your story.
